Today we continued with our canvas paintings, adding more details and the background to the paintings. The main bulk is more or less done and we should easily finish them off next week.

Illustrations of People
Today we had a look at some different illustrations of characters and the children chose an illustration each to have a go at recreating. Drawing a Portrait
Today we practiced both our observational drawing skills and using construction line to help us to draw accurately.During the first part of the session we drew simple pencil sketches of a person from a photograph and had a go at doing some shading.
