This week the toddlers had lots of fun exploring bubble painting! We mixed paint with washing up liquid and a small amount of water, we then used sponges to mark make on the paper!
We had the little Crayola paint pots so it was easy to add extra colours to our palette trays and see what happens when we only partially mix colours. The bubbly textures were lots of fun! We even tried popping the bubbles!
During the last fifteen minutes we all worked together to make one big picture with the bubble paint and finished it off with three of us making prints with the empty paint pots, whilst another child made an awesome tower by stacking the lids.
Next week we are going to try out fizzy painting!
